​Amb. Sylvester Cytric Choloplay​
Ambassador Sylvester Cytric Choloplay is a prospective graduate of the University of Liberia studying Mass Communication Major and Sociology Minor. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for Rescue Youth Alliance.

He is a Liberian Journalist, currently working with FARBRIC 101.1 FM/Spoon Communications Network in Liberia. He leads Sustainability Week Monrovia, a sub-branch of Sustainability Week International operating in Liberia, an organization that has its headquarters in Switzerland with focus on climate change and environmental pollution awareness.

Amb. Choloplay is currently the Country Director for Peace Campaign Liberia, a non-for profit and nonpolitical youth organization that is promoting youth empowerment, peace, education and security. He is also Liberia's Ambassador (Volunteer) for the Marine Arctic Peace Sanctuary (MAPS) in Liberia, an international environmental organization based in Canada.

As a Journalist, his interest has been in identifying challenges within his country and present those challenges to National stake-holders, even to national government to be able to fine remedies to those problems mainly on educational, economic, peace and security issues. As a youth activist, a motivational speaker, a disciplined peace builder, his intention is to see ultimate changemakers making the difference in the society, by preparing themselves educationally and socially so as to become disciplined and reliable future leaders.

​Ambassador Sylvester Choloplay is a Fellow for the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Cohort-13 training program. YALI was founded in 2010 by the former President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, to train young African Leaders to provide good leadership, access to opportunities and make them disciplined leaders.

​As young positive Changemakers across the world are striving to acquire education and be innovative in bringing their ideologies into reality, Ambassador Choloplay's intention is to join his fellow positive Agents of change globally to develop innovative projects on youth empowerment, conflict transformation and peacebuilding.

 Bineyam Nani Tumbo -Global Coordinator/Partner – USA ​
Bineyam is a humanitarian youth Advocate whose vision is to always see young people across the globe making significant impacts in their communities. In2020, Bineyam Nani Tumbo created REYA’s GoFundMe account and accumulated $500 United States Dollars for a successful project implementation in Liberia.
​The project was our first project of Rescue Youth Alliance - of which, we have  sponsored ten (10) underprivileged kids to school and still working very hard to send more underprivileged back to school here in Liberia.  Since then, Tumbo has been very instrumental in bringing the vision and aspiration of Rescue Youth Alliance to live. He is currently REYA’s Global Coordinator and Partner.​

Mohammed B. Gray -Secretary General 
Mohammed B. Gray is a student at the University of Liberia studying Public Health. He is a student of District 7 Skill Training Center (DSSTC) studying Journalism.

He is the Founder of Successful Youths for the Future – SYF, a non-for-profit organization established in Grand Cape Mount County, Liberia in February 22, 2017 with the aim of promoting youth empowerment, education and unity.

Ambassador Gray is currently an Assisting Secretary General of the Mighty Voice of Justice, a non – political organization standing against injustices in Liberia.
​As a young change-Maker, his aim is to see a transformed society where all youths will be given equal opportunity to education and to be able to contribute towards society growth.

Amelia Teta Seton - Financial Secretary
Ms. Amelia Teta Seton is a Liberian, a Biology student at the University of Liberia and a passionate emerging leader who believes and promotes the works of youth career development, education, peace building, entrepreneurships and Climate change activities.
​ Amelia is a nice, funny and friendly person who is very honest and punctual on work; she is also a vison-driven youth with a creative mind as an emerging leader. Ms. Seton is currently the Financial Secretary at Rescue Youth Alliance.

Amb. James Archebe Yekeh - National Coordinator -Liberia
James Archebe Yekeh is an organized professional with proven teaching, guidance, and counselling skills.

​ He possesses a strong track record in improving test scores and has demonstrated passion for good organization. He is the National Coordinator for Rescue Youth Alliance in Liberia.

Varney Kamara- Head of Programs -REYA 

​Varney Kamara is a dedicated Community developer, positive changemaker, and a global citizen whose passion is serving humanity through volunteerism. He has worked and volunteered with several local and international NGOs which include but certainly not limited to, All Hands and Hearts- Smart Response, base in the US, Global Peace Chain, Base in Turkey and Smart Thinkers Liberia.
A student at the African Methodist Episcopal University reading Economics with Emphasis in Public Administration. he is a team player, result oriented, passion driven and workaholic person.

Amb. Precious  I. Menkor - Director of Business & Entrepreneurship
Ms. Precious Ishmeala Menkor is the Director of Business and Entrepreneurship at Rescue Youth Alliance.

She is a student of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion University, reading Accounting Major and Management Minor. As an Advocate and emerging Leader, she has worked hard for underprivileged kids in Liberia to have quality education and better living standard.
​Ms. Menkor is also youth counselor in career development.

Gifty Louis- Deputy Programs Director
​
Gifty Louis is an innovative Liberian youth who believes and promotes youth empowerment, peace building, education and climate change activities. She is a sophomore student at the African Methodist Episcopal University (Liberia) studying Environmental Science Major and Biology Minor, and currently Deputy Programs Director at Rescue Youth Alliance.

Frederick M Davis - District Coordinator-M-13/ Chaplain
Amb. Frederick Davis, a graduate of the United Methodist University, with an AA degree in Agriculture a certificate in software at the YMCA computer training program, is currently volunteering for Rescue youth Alliance as a Coordinator-Montserrado County D-13 and as Chaplain for REYA. His future career objective is to be an active contributor to the growth and development of his community and country at Large.
